Ingredients

Cacao butter

Coconut Butter

Coconut oil

Lime Food grade essential oil

stevia liquid to taste
You can skip this as the coconut butter is pretty sweet

lime rind – grated
Instructions
Gently heat some water in saucepan with a stainless bowl resting over it.
Add Coconut butter, cacao butter and coconut oil to the bowl and stir until all liquid.
Take off heat and add MCT oil, essential oils and stevia (if using). Stir in really well, taste and adjust flavors as needed.
Pour evenly into mini silicon muffin tray or chocolate mould. Leave on bench for 5 and then sprinkle with lime rind.
Place in fridge or freezer until set. Pop out of mould and store in fridge or freezer.
