Seed crackers with hidden brocolli

Ingredients
  • 3Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons organic flax seeds
  • 2tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 Generous pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1/4cup broccoli – dark green part only – finely diced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160’C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place all ingredients in to a jar with a lid and mix. Place lid on and shake until well combined. Leave to sit for about 10mins.
  3. Spoon mix on to baking paper. Place another piece of paper over the top and roll out until flat and even – about 1.5mm max. The thinner the better.
  4. Place in over for about 30mins and then check to see if quite crisp. If not, put on for another 10 mins and check again – repeat if necessary.
  5. Snap into pieces and store in air tight container for up to a few days.
