Vanilla Panna Cotta
Ingredients
  • 1can Full fat coconut creamI use Ayam
  • 1teaspoon Organic vanilla bean powderor equivalent vanilla essence
  • 1tbsp Organic grassfed beef gelatinI use Changing habits
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1-2teaspoon sweetener of choice – maple syrup, honey, rice malt syrup
Instructions
  1. Place organic gelatin in a small bowl/ramekin and add 2 tablespoons of filtered water.
  2. Stir well and leave to bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add bloomed gelatin to a saucepan on low heat.
  4. Stir constantly until in liquid form.
  5. Add in coconut cream, vanilla, and sweetener and stir until well combined.
  6. You want it hot but not boiling.
  7. Pour into 3 or 4 ramekins and place in the fridge for 30 mins.
  8. Remove from fridge about 10 mins before eating for a softer, fluffier dessert.
