Add coconut oil to large fry pan on medium heat. Once melted, add ginger, turmeric and shallots to pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add in greens, kaffir lime leaves and broth, cover and bring to boil.
Add in salt, pepper and coconut yoghurt or cream. Mix until well combined.
Add in fish pieces to simmering pan. Make sure all pieces are under liquid and cook covered for a few minutes. Check a piece of fish to see if cooked through. You want it just done so it it’s nice and tender.Serve into bowls and garnish with coriander
