My Turmeric spiced coffee is the best way to start the day…………after your lemon water of course!
I use the perfect blend from Golden Gut so I don’t have to experiment to make the perfect mix! With anti inflammatory, anti-microbial properties of the high Curcumin organic turmeric and the warmth of spices created by Ceylon Cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper, it’s a heart warming blend to take your morning coffee to the next level.
I froth a mix of Ayam Coconut milk and filtered water as my Mylk – about 1 part Coconut Milk and 3 parts water, and use organic coffee beans. You can also add a little MCT if you feel so inclined!
If you don’t have the Golden Gut blend, another nice mix is:
1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder.

- 1/2 tsp Golden Gut Turmeric Spice Blend
- 1/2 - 2 Shots Coffee I use a half shot cos I like a weaker coffee
- 1/4-1/3 Cup Ayam Coconut Milk
- Filtered water to make up the desired amount of liquid
- 1 Sprinkle Organic Raw Cacao powder on top
- 1-3 tsp MCT oil - Optional Start off slow if you're new to MCT oil

- Place Golden Gut blend and MCT oil in to coffee mug and prepare coffee as per usual.
- Place Coconut cream and filtered water into jug and froth til hot.
- Pour warmed milk in to mug and sprinkle raw cacao on top.
- Drink and be warmed and merry!
