Easy paleo biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paleo muesli
  • 1 Egg white (of large egg)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170'C and line a flat baking tray with a silicone mat or brown baking paper.
  • Place muesli and egg white into a small mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Your mix should be just moist all through – not too wet.
  • Squish together a heaped dessert spoon full of the mix and place on baking paper. Repeat until all used.
  • Place in over for 20 minutes and check to see if done. Should be set and a little crispy.
  • Leave out to cool, then place in an air tight container. Can leave in container in cupboard for a couple of days. If you love them then be sure to double the mix next time! Enjoy!
