Ingredients

  • 1 can Full fat coconut cream I use Ayam
  • 1 tsp Organic vanilla bean powder or equivalent vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Organic grassfed beef gelatin I use Changing habits
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1-2 tsp Sweetener of choice – maple syrup, honey, rice malt syrup

Instructions

  • Place organic gelatin in a small bowl/ramekin and add 2 tablespoons of filtered water.
  • Stir well and leave to bloom for about 5 minutes.
  • Add bloomed gelatin to a saucepan on low heat.
  • Stir constantly until in liquid form.
  • Add in coconut cream, vanilla, and sweetener and stir until well combined.
  • You want it hot but not boiling.
  • Pour into 3 or 4 ramekins and place in the fridge for 30 mins.
  • Remove from fridge about 10 mins before eating for a softer, fluffier dessert.
