Coconut Lime Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cacao butter
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil – Optional
  • 4-5 drops Lime Food grade essential oil
  • 4-5 drops Lemon Food grade essential oil
  • 2-4 drops stevia liquid to taste You can skip this as the coconut butter is pretty sweet
  • 1 tsp lime rind – grated

Instructions

  • Gently heat some water in saucepan with a stainless bowl resting over it.
  • Add Coconut butter, cacao butter and coconut oil to the bowl and stir until all liquid.
  • Take off heat and add MCT oil, essential oils and stevia (if using). Stir in really well, taste and adjust flavors as needed.
  • Pour evenly into mini silicon muffin tray or chocolate mould. Leave on bench for 5 and then sprinkle with lime rind.
  • Place in fridge or freezer until set. Pop out of mould and store in fridge or freezer.
